  • Alien Message Decoded NASA Document

    Recently I posted a couple of Posts on the appearance of Crop Circles California Crop Circle,Binary Codes received/seen in them .

    I had also reproduced the codes of ET from the Italian Cop Circles.

    I received a comment informing that these codes have been cracked and NASA has declassified this information.

    I did  a bit of searching and have found the following information.

    It is difficult to conceive of the form of communication from the extraterrestrials.

    They may not know our languages and we have many languages.

    Apart from sound, light is another form of communication.

    How to understand Light as a form of communication?

    We have not developed this form as yet.

    Another is Mathematics, we assume.

    I am not too sure.

    Based on this and Computer Binary system a communication was beamed from Space Telescope , Arecibo radio telescope in Puerto Rico on 16 November 1974. It was aimed at the globular star cluster M13 some 25,000 light years away because M13 was a large and close collection of stars that was available in the sky at the time and place of the ceremony.[2] The message consisted of 1,679 binary digits, approximately 210 bytes, transmitted at a frequency of 2,380 MHz and modulated by shifting the frequency by 10 Hz, with a power of 1,000 kW.     Now that some what seems to be Binary Codes have been received,NASA has declassified the Files on these codes.

  • US Purchased 30,000 Guillotines?

    The Internet is abuzz with articles saying that the Federal Government has purchased 30000 Guillotines and the story is not yet denied by the federal Authorities.

    Think about this; Why does the US government need 30,000 Guillotines and over 600 Million rounds of hollow point bullets? There are over 800 prison camps in the United States. All fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards. But they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really want to be on THE list. The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons. Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations.     But an article clarifies that this story has been doing the rounds since 1990 and there is no evidence for this in the Congressional records.
    One would think that the Government of USA should have denied this?

    Why did the U.S. government recently purchase 30,000 guillotines?

    A: It didn’t. You’ve been hoaxed.

    A June 19, 2013 article claiming the U.S. government recently purchased 30,000 guillotines (yes, exactly 30,000) and that Congress passed a law authorizing their use for “governmental purposes” has sparked a conspiracist feeding frenzy.

    Never mind there’s not a shred of evidence to support these allegations. The first clue to their facetiousness is the fact that the author to whom they’re attributed, retired FBI agent Ted Gunderson, died two years before the article was published.

    It’s true that Mr. Gunderson was once quoted in the press as claiming that the U.S. government had “recently” purchased 30,000 guillotines (yes, exactly 30,000), but that was four years ago, in 2009.

    In point of fact, the “30,000 guillotines” rumor — accompanied by now-familiar claims that the federal government has secretly built “FEMA concentration camps,” ordered mass shipments of coffins and body bags, issued tyrannical executive orders, and so on — has been bandied about in conspiracy theory circles for well over a decade.

    This, for example, was posted 11 years ago in April 2002:

  • US Shuts Down What Happens

    I read a simple write-up on this from TIME.

    I am reproducing this with my comments.

    Let’s see how this impacts the US so called non-essential services.

    Most of the things might probably be for the good like scientists  not scaring people of imagined diseases,

    State governments‘ relevance and their ability to exist independently of Washington will be high lighted

    Though some jobs will be lost ,the States may accommodate them.

    As things stand the Motto Private Industry sustains will be put to test.

    People say that this shut down will affect the World economy.

    Call the bluff.

    Like, what happens to firemen and policemen who get paid by the government? Will garbage men still come to pick up the stinky trash on your street? Will mommies and daddies who work for the government be in the mood to buy you new Legos? And what is a government shutdown anyway?

    A good way to think about the situation right now is this: the federal government runs on money like a car runs on gas. Lawmakers couldn’t agree on where to go or which route to take, so they ended up driving in circles and reading Dr. Seuss books to each other until they ran out of fuel. Some parts of the car will still operate without gas, but many won’t.

    If the government shuts down, the most important things will still get done. Soldiers and other members of the military who help protect America will still keep us safe. The Post Office will still deliver letters. Air traffic controllers will still help planes land safely at airports. And your old or disabled relatives who get things called “Social Security checks” will still have money for bingo.

    But many services will stop. The government won’t issue as many documents that allow foreign people to visit our country, poor people might not get food stamps to buy groceries, and governments scientists won’t be monitoring the spread of disease. Places that belong to the federal government, like national parks, will have to close during the shutdown. So that long car trip to Yosemite that your family was planning next weekend may be off.

    Many government workers, like public school teachers and firemen and police officers, are paid by local governments or state governments. If the federal government shuts down, it shouldn’t affect their jobs. You will still go to school (unless you’re part of a program like Head Start that depends on grant money from Washington). The policemen in your town will still look for bad guys and firemen will still put out fires. But many federal government employees won’t be going to work.

    There are two types of mommies and daddies who work for the federal government and might be affected by the shutdown: non-essential and essential workers. Essential workers are like the ice cream in a ice cream sundae; non-essential workers are like the toppings — great to have but not the most important ingredients. The toppings people will be told to stay home from work and may be grumpy because it’s unclear whether they will get paid; many may act like your uncle when he’s had too much “silly juice.” The ice cream people, like the President and members ofCongress, will still go to work.

    The government has shut down many times before, so don’t worry too much. One time in the year 1995, the federal government was closed for 21 days. Eventually lawmakers should come to a compromise that gets the car back on the road.

    The US , while fighting terrorism, may actually be funding it, a Report reveals.

     

    This is apart from the unknown Funds diverted by The CIA, whose Budget is tucked away neatly under innocuous Heads in such unexpected places like The Agriculture,Social Security ,Immigration Departments.

    The U.S. government may accidentally be funneling millions of dollars to the very terrorists and insurgents it’s fighting in Afghanistan through sloppy contracting regulations, according to a new government report.

    The report, called “Contracting With the Enemy” and published Thursday by the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR), examined the system designed to make sure that the U.S. reconstruction is not providing business for any individuals or groups associated with terrorist or insurgent organizations.

    SIGAR said that due to “several weaknesses” in the long and complicated process, “millions of contracting dollars could be diverted to forces seeking to harm U.S. military and civilian personnel in Afghanistan and derail the multi-billion dollar reconstruction effort.”..

    The report centered on what’s known as Section 841, part of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act that describes how the U.S. government is supposed to identify individuals or companies with suspected ties to insurgents, confirm that information, pass it along to the head of the contracting activity, then to the primary contractor and finally to the targeted subcontractors whose business deals would then be voided or restricted based on guidance from higher up.

    SIGAR said Section 841 was part of a “variety of efforts” undertaken by the government to keep American contracting money out of terrorists’ hands in the wake of incidents like the $2.16 billion Host Nation Trucking contract. In that instance, SIGAR said, the U.S. government paid several companies to ship more than 70 percent of food and materiel to American troops in Afghanistan, only to realize that some of those funds were “widely believed to have been funneled to insurgents.”..

     US Funds in Taliban .

    A military-led investigation has found that US taxpayer money from trucking contracts in Afghanistan has indirectly found its way into Taliban coffers, the Pentagon confirmed today.

    An internal assessment by Task Force 2010, established to examine allegations of corruption in contracting, has found the problem to be even greater than previously reported. According to reports it determined that funds from a $2.16 billion trucking contract eventually found their way to the Taliban through a payment form a subcontractor to a corrupt local official, who then paid money and guns to the Taliban.

    Col Dave Lapan, a Pentagon spokesman, confirmed the broad findings of the investigation, which was completed in May but has yet to be released to the public, but would not go into specifics. He was unable to confirm how much American money ended up in Taliban hands.

    According to the Washington Post, which first reported details of the investigation, in one case millions of dollars were traced through a web of subcontractors and eventually into the bank account of an Afghan National Police commander. Investigators then found that money was in turn used to provide weapons, explosives, and cash to insurgents.

    Details of the report sparked outrage on Capitol Hill. Rep John Tierney, D-MA and the Ranking Member of the House Oversight Subcommittee on National Security, called for immediate oversight hearings to investigate the matter.

    “One year after Congress first demanded attention to these issues, we continue to hear from Pentagon officials that they are aggressively increasing oversight over these contracts and taxpayer money. But so far it has been all talk and no action,” Tierney said in a statement.

    “It defeats all of our purposes to be funding the enemy in Afghanistan,” he added…(ABC News)

    US Funds Terrorism In Syria.

    Syrian authorities accused the United States on Saturday of financing terrorist groups in Syria and interfering with the country’s domestic affairs, diplomats said.

     

    In its statement, the Syrian Foreign Ministry referred to State Department spokesperson Victoria Nuland who “recommended that terrorists do not surrender to Syrian authorities” on Friday.

     

    The Foreign Ministry called on the international community “to come out against such a policy that contradicts the international law and UN Security Council resolutions on the fight against terrorism and its funding.

  • Downgrading US by S&P,Revenge? Really?

    There are whispers going around that Standard and Poor have  avenged US Administration by down grading US rating to AA+.

    Spokesperson of the US Treasury has also questioned the Data on which the rating is based.

    ( A look at US Finance  will tell a different story; in fact, Down grading is over due)

    The Rating of these Agencies are the Bench mark when they rate countries other than US,say Argentina 0r Venezuela.

    People forget that Keynesian Economics is a Fraud and illusory.

    Most of the parameters are notional and do not stand up to Factual verification.

    Both the Government and the Rating Agency are whistling in the dark and pat each other when it is convenient for them.

    Ordinary Joe remains the same,paying more taxes and listening to all this non sense.

    THE credit rating agencies are taking advantage of the country’s financial problems to increase their own political power. They want to ensure that regulators do not reduce their autonomy and influence.

    Their strategy is brilliant. They are not piling on all at once by downgrading the United States in concert. Standard & Poor’s is the bad cop for now, taking the first swipe at the United States last Friday, and seeing its influence confirmed by the stock market’s dramatic reaction. Moody’s and Fitch are playing the good cop — exercising restraint about a potential downgrade, yet still flexing their muscles by criticizing the government both publicly and behind the scenes.

    The rating agencies have the federal government over a barrel. If politicians ignore rating agencies’ warnings, they risk a withering assault of additional downgrades that could undercut confidence in the government and inflict soaring interest rates. The good-cop, bad-cop routine is especially potent because a downgrade by two of the three major rating agencies could lead to negative consequences, such as requiring some bond issuers to secure additional collateral.

    Since the 1970s, federal statutes and regulations have mandated that debt issuers obtain ratings as evidence of creditworthiness. An oligopoly of rating agencies used this authority to effectively control access to the financial system.  Even a threat of a downgrade from a rating agency could cause credit to dry up, and few inside or outside of Washington dared to challenge their dominance.
