India ,Nepal and France had been hit by Pressure Cooker Bombs between 2002 and 2004.
Pressure cooker Bombs were used in Mumbai Terror Attack.
In 2004, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was concerned enough about pressure-cooker bombs to issue an alert to federal and state security officials: “A technique commonly taught in Afghan terrorist training camps is the use/conversion of pressure cookers into [improvised explosive devices],” the bulletin warned.
That bulletin cited several plots from 2002 to 2004 to use pressure-cooker bombs in France, India and Nepal. But more recently there have been at least three other instances of would-be terrorists in the West, all of them Islamic radicals, in possession of pressure cookers for reasons that seemed not to involve having friends over for dinner. One was an Army private linked to the 2009 Fort Hood shooterNidal Hasan, who had reportedly been taking bombmaking tips from al-Qaeda’s short-lived (literally) online magazine Inspire and had various weapons and explosives along with his cooking pot. (The magazine reportedly recommended pressure cookers as explosive devices.) A 2010 suicide bomber in Stockholm had rigged a pressure-cooker bomb that failed to detonate. And as a newer DHS warning about the kitchen devices noted, the failed 2010 SUV bomb in New York’s Times Square was a pressure-cooker device containing 120 firecrackers. The same DHS memo refers to a March 2010 bombing with a pressure cooker at a Western Christian aid agency in Pakistan that killed six people.
Nor do these devices require much money or special training. As DHS put it in 2004:
Typically, these bombs are made by placing TNT or other explosives in a pressure cooker and attaching a blasting cap at the top of the pressure cooker. The size of the blast depends on the size of the pressure cooker and the amount of explosive placed inside.
Pressure-cooker bombs are made with readily available materials and can be as simple or as complex as the builder decides. These types of devices can be initiated using simple electronic components including, but not limited to, digital watches, garage-door openers, cell phones or pagers. As a common cooking utensil, the pressure cooker is often overlooked when searching vehicles, residences or merchandise crossing the U.S. borders
I have posted whether the Boston Bombing was a ‘False flag’ operation and I opined that it is not a fake attack to divert people for political ends. Now more information is pouring in with some of the Government Agencies putting out News Stories contradicting the initial investigation base.
Initially there were Reports that there could have been four suspects, it had become two now and no explanation on the other suspects, except a vague mention about one Saudi Businessman being interrogated and cleared.
Fact is that none of these conspiracy have been proved false completely.
Let’s await this one as well!

While Northern Command, the U.S. military’s combatant command responsible for defending U.S. soil tells Killer Apps it has not sent any troops to Boston, local National Guard units were on scene during the bombings at the Boston Marathon yesterday.
In particular, the Massachusetts and New York National Guards had deployed their Civil Support Teams to the marathon. (It’s worth pointing out that the fact that so many well trained first responders were already on hand may have played a role in keeping the death toll relatively low.)
CSTs, as they are known, are National Guard units that are specially trained and equipped to detect and respond to chemical, biological, or radiological incidents. Basically, they’re the first people a governor would call in the event of a WMD attack. These teams were on hand before the marathon even started, according to New York Guard spokesman Eric Durr, who says that such teams are deployed before most major events where public officials worry about the threat of a WMD attack.
“If a bomb goes off, they can check out the scene and determine whether or not there’s any other contaminants besides the explosive,” said Durr. “They come with a full suite of detection gear, communications equipment, and we generally deploy them in teams of two or three vehicles. Of course they’re onsite anytime there’s a major public event” such as the opening of the UN General Assembly, the Masters Tournament, or NASCAR race…
The Massachusetts team was on duty during the running of the Boston marathon, augmented by similar civil support teams from the New York and Rhode Island National Guards.
As Justin Keogh writes:
They would not dress up like that to plant a bomb. They are carrying chem/bio/radiological detection gear…
Photo appears to show someone actually laying down a black backpack next to the Boston Marathon:(It looks like the window to his right is already blown out by a bomb. But the fact that he is furtively handling the backpack looks extremely suspicious.)
His clothing looks very similar to the gentlemen on the left here (remember that the photo below was taken in broad sunlight, and thus the colors are lighter):

This picture from the Guardian shows members of the CST “evacuating the scene” after the bombing:

The pants and boots look like the guys above. But the vests don’t. Perhaps – after the bombing – they changed out of their “low-key” jackets and into more officially-labelled vests in order to take an active role in evacuation efforts? We’re not sure.
But as many have pointed out, one of the guys dressed like a CST seems to be wearing a military contractor/mercenary patch for Craft mercenary or Blackwater or another mercenary company, and backpacks like the bombers’ backpack:
Here is the Full Story of the Boston Marathon Bomber till his Death and his associate in custody.
Police have identified Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, as the “black hat” bombing suspect, killed during the manhunt that followed. Readers have pointed out that Johannes Hirn madeTsarnaev the subject of a photo essay, “Will Box for Passport,” taken before the boxer competed at National Golden Gloves competition in Salt Lake City. The captions give us a micro-profile of the suspect.
Tamerlan, who studies at Bunker Hill Community College in Boston and wants to become an engineer, took the semester off from school to train for the competition.
Tamerlan fled Chechnya with his family because of the conflict in the early 90s, and lived for years in Kazakhstan before getting to the United States as a refugee.
Originally from Chechnya, but living in the United States since five years, Tamerlan says: “I don’t have a single American friend, I don’t understand them.”
If he wins enough fights … Tamerlan says he could be selected for the US Olympic team and be naturalized American. Unless his native Chechnya becomes independent, Tamerlan says he would rather compete for the United States than for Russia.
Tamerlan says he doesn’t drink or smoke anymore: “God said no alcohol.” A muslim, he says: “There are no values anymore,” and worries that “people can’t control themselves.”(Slate)
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev
Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, the so-called Suspect No. 2 (white hat), remains alive and is the subject of a massive manhunt in an around Watertown, Massachusetts. Tamerlan, Suspect No. 1 (black hat), was reportedly shot by cops during a fierce firefight in the streets of Watertown, during which the brothers set off explosives and gravely wounded another cop. Tamerlan later died after reportedly being run over by Dzhokhar as he escaped.
The Boston area is on lockdown, with residents forced to remain indoors while hundreds of agents hunt the terrorist suspect Dzhokhar. Schools are closed and transit is shut down. There is strong suspicion that the brothers had accomplices.
Here’s what you should know about this enemy of America.
Records show Dzhokhar was registered to voter in Cambridge. And according to NBC News he had recently become a naturalized U.S. citizen — last year on 9/11.
His address is reportedly 410 Norfolk Street in Cambridge.

1. Tamerlan Tsarnaev Traveled to Russia Through NYC Last Year
According to reports by CBS, the bombing suspect flew in and out of John F. Kennedy Airport last year and was out of the country for six months. Investigators want to know if he participated in terror training while he was overseas.
According to and Fox News interview with former CIA intelligence officer Michael Scheuer:
“Looking at the operations two people could have carried it out but there must have been some kind of training…the bombs looked professionally made…I could be completely wrong…this gentleman was in Russia for 6 months last year and could have received that training”
2. He was an Islamist Who May Have Been Radicalized
He considered himself a devout Muslim who did not drink alcohol or smoke. In interviews carried out for a photo essay, put together before the boxer competed at National Golden Gloves competition in Salt Lake City, Tamerlan stated: “I’m very religious.” He also revealed that he felt there were “no values” in society anymore.
According to The Telegraph, Tamerlan is believed to have became more focused on his religion after dropping out of Bunker Hill Community College.
The bomb suspects’ uncle Ruslan Tasarni, said that if this was an attack fueled by religious extremism, the Tsarnaev brothers must have been indoctrinated outside of the family. In an interview with reporters outside his home in Maryland, Tasarni stated that, the boys’ extremism was “not taught my brother”. He also said his nephews “deserve to die” for what they did.
Tamerlan’s YouTube Channel (featured below) sheds light on his potential extremist inclinations.
3. He had a YouTube channel Dedicated to Terrorist-style Videos.
The videos on a YouTube Channel believed to belong to Tamerlan Tsarnaev suggest a man who was deeply pious, but held a stern view of his own faith.
Many of the videos on his channel have since been deleted. His playlists include one titled “Islam” and another one titled “Terrorists”. The video above is an example of what was linked to his page. This particular video features a Islamist group called “The Black Flags from Khorsasan”; a religious group that support key parts of jihadist mythology. According to The Weekly Standard, “Mentions of the Khorasan have begun to increase in al Qaeda’s propaganda.”
This does not make the brothers al Qaeda operatives but does increase the likelihood that Tamerlan Tasarnaev (if this is indeed his YouTube page) was at least sympathetic to the same underlying ideology.
As the hunt for the Boston Bomber intensified, while one presumed dead( see story at the end, Governor ‘Deval Patrick of Massachusetts said residents of Boston and its neighboring communities should “stay indoors, with their doors locked.”
The manhunt is very intense.
Man Hunt for Boston Bomber
Earlier the FBI released the Photo,Videos of the Bombers, as reported in the this site.
At a press conference, FBI special agent in charge Richard DesLauriers referred to the two men as Suspect 1 and Suspect 2 and said Suspect 2 was spotted dropping a bag before a bomb exploded at the second bomb site. The two men appear to be “associated,” DesLauriers said.
DesLauriers asked the public for their help identifying the suspects, but asked the public not to approach them. Though the men are considered armed and dangerous, the FBI said they still do not believe there is an imminent danger in the area.
A few hours later, a FBI official cited a large volume of calls as a result of the photos and DesLauriers’ appeal for help.

Details about suspects
According to a source briefed on the investigation, the suspects involved in the Boston bombing are originally from the Russian Caucasus and had moved to Kazakhstan at a young age before coming to the United States several years ago.
Another source, from federal law enforcement, also told CNN that the man being sought has been in the United States for at least a couple of years.
The man identified as Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the older brother, had studied at Bunker Hill Community College and wanted to become a engineer, the source said. He then took a year off to train as a boxer.
The source told CNN’s Deborah Feyerick that a posting on a social media site in his name included the comments: “I don’t have a single American friend. I don’t understand them.”
The source added that it should not be assumed that either brother was radicalized because of their Chechen origins.”
A source close to the investigation told ABC News authorities have “good confidence” that the men in the photos perpetrated the crime. The degree of confidence, the source said, comes from a “revealing” reaction Suspect 2 had to the detonation of the first bomb, which was captured on surveillance video.”
Another Bomber is reported to be dead in a fight between th Police Officers and the suspects.
The Lede is following developments in the aftermath of the Boston Marathon bombings. The Boston region is in the midst of a security emergency as a massive manhunt is underway for one of the suspects in Monday’s bombings that killed three and injured more than 170 people. A second suspect was killed early Friday morning after leading the police on a wild chase following the fatal shooting of a campus police officer.
Police were staging a major operation on Arsenal Street in Watertown, where residents have been ordered to shelter in place and not answer their doors since early this morning, after a gun battle in Cambridge with suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing.
In addition to the police and SWAT teams, heavily armored vehicles are assembling on Arsenal Street.
Investigators have pinpointed two men as “possible suspects” who were seen in images near the finish line of this week’s Boston Marathon — moments before twin bombs there exploded, killing three and injuring about 180 others — a law enforcement official said.
A circular sent out Wednesday to federal and state agencies features the photos “in an attempt to identify the individuals,” who were described as being of “high interest” to investigators.
One of the men is seen carrying a black backpack. An FBI official earlier said that authorities believe the bombs were placed inside a black nylon backpack or bag.
The source said that authorities had not yet identified the two men by name and that the photographs were not being released to the public for fear of impeding the investigation.
Earlier Wednesday, two official sources with knowledge of the investigation identified a man — who also hasn’t been named — as a possible suspect in the attack.
Seen on a video, this man wore a white baseball cap. One of the sources added that the cap was on backwards and the man was also wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt and a black jacket.”
